A keynote address will be delivered by Sue Williamson of St Helens Libraries. Sue will talk about her career journey to becoming Head of Service for St Helens Libraries and her work in St Helens, including the development of the nationally renowned Arts Council England funded Arts in Libraries project, Cultural Hubs, which was shortlisted for the CILIP Libraries Change Lives Award in 2015 and won the National Lottery Best Arts project in 2016.
There will be parallel sessions of approximately 40 minutes each running at various points during the day, and attendees will be invited to sign up for their preferred sessions once the programme has been finalized.
